So. I accidentally clicked on the free trial for the mobile app. I tried to cancel it *immediately*, but every time, this site says "You purchased your plan from Google. Visit the Google Store to make changes to your plan. If you're unable to cancel your plan, please contact support." - I have contacted the Google store, and they say that I purchased through the Adobe app (which, I did, and I agree with them) and that I need to contact Adobe support. I have tried to do this, but regardless of which device I use or which browser or app I use, I am unable to type anything into the virtual assistant pop-up chat. I have sent as many emails to as many Adobe support emails as I could possibly find, but all emailing services have been terminated. I was on the phone for SIX HOURS yesterday trying to get through to support and was simply disconnected after this amount of time (with the message on the phone saying "caller disconnected").
I'm a broke university student who is having to rely on their flatmates for food to make sure I don't literally starve; if my free trial ends, I get that charge of £68 in one whopping go and that will genuinely bankrupt me. I have tried every single option and I am COMPLETELY out of ideas on what [cursing removed] to do.
Adobe, I didn't subscribe to the free trial via the Google store, and even if I did, their support team were at least competent to give me a solid answer within an hour rather than whatever [cursing removed] this is.
Adobe, cancel my free trial and cancel my subscription.
At this point in time, Adobe, delete my account 100%. I do not want the free trial, I do not want the subscription, and I do not want to be charged for a service of which I will not use.
Adobe, sort your [cursing removed] tech support out.

Hi Millie,
Acrobat for Mobile is free — it's the Premium version that is subscription.
When you purchase from Google Play, you have not purchased from Adobe. You need to contact Google Play for cancellation and for billing. See this help page from Adobe for details:
Also, you posted to the orphaned forum Adobe Acrobat Mobile (beta) which has three posts besides yours. Two are announcements from Adobe and one is asking why this forum exists. Everything else that come here has been spam or misplaced.
Since your question is not about the beta version, I've moved it to Acrobat Reader Mobile for you.
Do not answer PMs, as they are likely to be scammers. Staff has an "Adobe Employee" badge.
