Hi, I can't open the reader app and reach to my saved files on my iPhone after installing the latest update of ios
as they say that the developers didn't update the Adobe acrobat application.
please note that I have two Adobe acrobat apps on my iphone , the problem is in the second one in the attached photo.
Please help me as soon as possible to reach my saved files. Thanks
Hope you are doing well.
We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.
You need to log in to the first app which says Acrobat with a red icon. We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Reboot your device.
Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.05.00

Please help me more other than useless traditional ways like rebooting my device
I need a powerful solution for that icon , it is not the first time to lose my important files with Adobe updates. Thanks
Hi, I already use this icon, I talk about my saved files on the other icon application, how can I open them again, I can't find them on the current one, please help me more. Thanks
Did you find a solution?
Hello, I recently encountered the same issue, i found a way to save my documents trough ITunes. First you need to download iTunes on your laptop, then connect your iPhone or iPad. You should be able to open all your apps through file sharing , there you can open Adobe acrobat and save all your PDFs on your pc. If you want, you can again upload your old PDFs from the laptop to the another Adobe version( through iTunes installed on your laptop).
Hope that this was helpful.
