Have you checked if the Apple ID you are signed in to on your device (System settings-> Profile name) matches that of Acrobat Reader Mobile?
This looks like a profile mismatch issue where you are signed in using a masked ID and the subscription is purchased using the email ID.
If re-checking the ID does not work, I suggest contacting Apple support to map the subscription status on your account.
