I've had an Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat on my PC for years that I downloaded from Adobe's website. Today I got a pop up saying that my Adobe is unlicensed.

I want to uninstall both, but it is not allowing me.

Hi @Raymond37536041jsws,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

We are glad that you were able to figure out the solution.

Installing or uninstalling an application requires admin access to an account as it writes/deletes files from the system folder (Program Files).

Once given access, you can easily do the needful.

Hope this clarifies your question.
