Can’t use premium features on my desktop.

I have been trying for many days to use premium features on my desktop but it doesn't letting me even though I'm logged in on desktop

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

 

I checked your account registered over the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Professional.

 

I suggest logging into https://account.adobe.com/products/ to download the offline installer for the product and then try using the application.

 

Also, the active Acrobat Premium susbcription does not allow you to use the premium features as this pack is exclusively for mobile devices.
