I signed up for this app. I only needed to use it one time for two different documents. I then canceled it from my subscriptions on my Apple ID and they renewed it every month for the following 16 months and they've charged me for it every month I'd like to know how to get a refund since you can look up my account and see I only used it with two different documents.
