Cancel suscription

I purchased my premium suscription from the Adobe Acrobat app. My suscription doesn't appear on Google Play and only appear on the Adobe Acrobat app. I tried cancelling but I cant cause it states that i dont have a suscription in google play. 

How can I cancel it? I keep contacting virtual help but they told me to contact google play. However BOTH could not help me cancel it! I just want to cancel my trial and not get billed!

Hi, I've contacted samsung several times but they too could not find my order number or even see my subscription, as it was not reflected in there. My premium subscription  is only shown in the adobe app itself, which i cant even cancel cause they linked me back to samsung.

Hi, yes i have tried that too many times. They could not help me too as the subscription was not reflected in google play itself and they could not find it too. I guess I will just have to wait if I will be billed and see what goes after that. Both sides were unable to solve my issue.

Any chance you have a second ID and have logged in with the wrong one? You might try signing out, then signing in again.

I believe I only have 1 id. i tried logging in and out, but still the same I dont understand why. I have read that some users also experienced the same issue as I am, but there's no reply as to how they solved it.
