Cancelamento em teste e plano sendo cobrado

Fiz um plano em maio de 2024, foi cancelado no período de teste... cancelei em maio, já estamos em agosto e ainda está sendo cobrado o valor... foi cobrado, maio, junho e julho 2024... como faço para parar de ser cobrado um plano que foi cancelado no período de teste?!

I’ve checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you're using in this community, but I couldn’t find any active plan for the Acrobat Premium service.

 

Could you please share a screenshot of the receipt for the charges in May, June, and July via private message? This will help us track the charges and assist you better.
