I also definitely canceled the free trial subscription after downloading the app and using it for a day a few days ago. However, when I looked at my account today, I saw that the premium subscription was paid. I don't use this app, and I don't need an annual subscription... Please give me a refund. I am having the same issues. I get a message that I have to cancel it through Samsung. It doesn't show in my list of services. This is terrible customer service.
