Cancellation

It is almost impossible to get a hold of someone from this company. I had to click so many different places just to find this thread. I downloaded Adobe acrobat from my iPhone and tried to cancel before the free trial was up, but I couldn't find where to do that anywhere.Now it keeps trying to charge my card, which thankfully is not letting it go through, but I can't even cancel my stupid subscription without paying for a service. I didn't even use. I will never use the service again. I just want my account canceled and my payment method taken off. Nowhere on the subscription does it even tell you how to unsubscribe.
