I cancelled my subscription back in November, but they still charge me for the subscription to this day!! App Store in iPhone subscription it is not active and the subscription itself is cancelled in the app! Help me get my money back! I already paid for December to February! In attachment

This entitlement is the reason you were charged from our end.
However, the plan now stands cancelled as per your last conversation with our support team. Let us know if you still see the charges.
