Trying to cancel a subscription and instructi9ns available don't work. No option to cancel seems to exist and no contact info other than this forum to seek advice. Please anyone??

Would you mind sharing the error that you get when trying to cancel the subscription? A screenshot of the error would be great.
Also, you can try contacting the store provider through which you have subscribed [ play store if you use android device / app store if you use an iOS device ]

I am sorry for the experience. However, mobile subscriptions are something that are handled by your store operator and not Adobe directly. I would suggest you to kindly get in touch with store depending upon the device platform you are using so that you can get a better assistance.

Sorry for the delayed response.
So, a mobile-based subscription can be canceled directly from the subscriptions option on the store you are using.
For Google Play Store:
For Apple AppStore:
For Galaxy Store:
After logging in to Galaxy Store, tap “Menu,” tap “Subscriptions,” select the app from the list, then tap “Unsubscribe” to cancel the subscription.

I spent about 30 minutes trying to cancel a free trial. Finally, I found it. I don't know why the Administrator of this site did not just send everyone this link. Geez!
There is a way to cancel. Go to this link:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
Choose the tab that says "Manage Plans" - that will tell you steps to do it.

Thank you for your insights. The link you shared works only if you have a desktop subscription model.
Since this is a mobile-specific board, mobile subscriptions are not shown on the same page and thus the links shared above for store operators.

If you have a galaxy, go to the galaxy store and you will be able to cancel your subscription there. Go to menu the subscriptions and hit the cancel button.

I checked your account, and the refund for your subscription has already been issued.
Once a refund is issued, settling on the source account generally takes 5-7 business days.
If the amount does not reflect post the said time, I suggest contacting your bank to get the amount settled.

If you want to cancel, you will need to contact them by sending them an email. I tried calling the phone number but there is an automatic message saying the person is unavailable.
Don't waste your time. The links they provide above on how to cancel are no help as the screen does not have the option that they say it does. I tried via the chat with three seperate agents and they tried to sell me a discounted plan. However when I instisted that they cancel the plan the just ended the chat. 3 TIMES.
I wasted over an hour on this. Very disappointing as I always thought Adobe was a reputable and professional company but this is very underhand and they put themselves in the same category as dodgy scam artists.
I am now waiting on them to confirm the cancelation of my plan via email so hopefully that will work

I just checked your account details.
In your case, the help articles would not be of much help because the subscription you hold is a Team License.
Also, the status of your license is in cancelling phase, and should be done by 27th June, when the term ends.
