Cannot convert file on iphone

I have a "Pages" file I am trying to save and export as a PDF. I have tried every suggestion and one thing is I don't e be see the options that the suggestions are telling me to use! I can't even upload to document cloud but yet there is a copy already there! And I still can't convert it! 
Any suggestions?

Do you have a paid subscription? And if you do , is this even happening when you sign in with your Adobe ID ?
