On my iPhone X I can only view but cannot download, save or print a PDF document that someone shared with me through her Adobe Acrobat app. Adobe Acrobat would not allow me to do so. However, my hubby was able to download and save that same shared document on his Samsung Android phone. Am I missing any permission setting (cannot find it) on my Acrobat or iPhone? Is there any app I can download to address this? Thank you.

First off check your settings in regards to downloads. You may have it set to read certain forms of documents but not others. Also see at that time what you have in your settings for translating files. This may help. Otherwise contact your carrier.

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in response.
Are you still experiencing the issue ? If yes, could you please provide more details about the issue?
As you can open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application, it must be saved there already.
What happens when you try to print or save the PDF? Do you get any error message?
Please share the application and OS version on the device.
It would be helpful if you can share the exact workflow you do.
Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
Regards,
Meenakshi
