I could able to open few pdf files. The following message is appearing:

'The file could not be accessed.  Check your connection or make file name shorter.'

Some files do not show download option.

Moreover, I could not make Adobe Acrobat reader as default App.

'This app is set to open by default for some actions'.

Hi @asrmurthy1,

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you are not able to open PDFs and also, not able to make Acrobat Reader mobile as default PDF viewer. Would you mind sharing some details to understand the issue better:

  1. Is this error coming with files which are on saved locally or which are saved on Document Cloud storage?
  2. Follow the steps provided in this community post and let us know if it works:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-mobile/error-while-opening-downloaded-pdf-files/td-p/1...

Also check the help document below to make Acrobat Reader as default PDF viewer.

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/openfiles.html

Let us know for any other information, we are here to help.

Thanks,

Harsh
