Having issues sending file for e-signature. After hitting review and send it says preparing and then gives message that it is unable to send.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);
2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;
3. A screen recording of the event for better understanding.
