I have changed my email address everywhere that i can find in settings. However, when i send a document for electronic signature it is sent from and replied to my old email address.

I have the same problem.  Sometimes a document I've sent out for signing is returned to my old email address and I can't access the audit report.  My email address has been updated everywhere in my account.  This is incredibly frustrating.  I have a premium subscription.

Oh that's awesome - I replied by email and had no idea it wasn't private but was attached to this thread, so my Adobe ID is public.  If you can remove that, that would be awesome..
