I was charged $10.66 during the free trial on January 7th. The same day I signed up I canceled my subscription and my PayPal account was charged. That's not a "free" trial and I would like a refund please.

As we can check you have opted for a monthly plan, and for that the free trial is not applicable.

This is exactly what just happened to me! I want a refund. How can this be resolved?

As you can see they said since I signed up for the "monthly" I can't get my money refunded even though it said that it was a free trial for both subscriptions. It also said that my card would not be charged when they were insistent on me entering the information for my card only to have it immediately charged. I believe that this is how they are making their money, by misdirection. Look at the name of the person that left the comment from Adobe... Harsh!? Really? I believe it though!
I am very happy for you if you get a refund, but I think that they will find an excuse not to give it to you. Best of luck either way, Grace.
