As Jane mentioned, mobile-based subscriptions are managed by the store from where you purchased them.
In general cases of double charge, you're refunded the amount by the bank itself. I suggest you contact your bank if you haven't already.
If bank denies any claims for a chargeback, you can get in touch with the store support for further instructions and assistance.
