I send contracts via Acrobat for clients to E sign and it has been working well for a few years. Now all of a sudden it's asking for a provider and digital ID. Can someone out there shine some light on this for me so I can maybe adjust my settings accordingly, I'd appreciate it so much.

Hi @SHIZZLE,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The screenshot shows that the signature field has been switched from a regular signature to a digital one requiring a certificate or a Digital ID provided by an institution or organization.

You might need to revisit the documents you send for signature, check the field properties, and switch back to the standard signatures.

Using a digital signature makes the document more secure as it carries the signer's information along with the signature.

You can view the tutorial here on how to make the change: Adding form fields | Tutorials

Hope this helps.
