Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Have you checked if the Adobe Logo appears below the file name? If not, the file is not available on the cloud, so you cannot see the files on your iPad.
Let us know if this is not the case, and we will look further into the issue.
Also, another option to check if the files are available on the cloud is to log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and see if the files are available there.
