Combining issue

I have been trying to combine files to a pdf but the program just keeps circling.  It will not finish..And it has been doing this for days. How can I cancel it but nit lose my files

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

This is a known issue and our development team is looking into it and need some more information. 

Please confirm if you have used all the DC storage limit for the account. Login to https://adobe.ly/46NbVsf with your Adobe credentials and hover the mouse in the lower left corner of the page to check the cloud storage as shown in the screenshot

Hope you are doing well. If you are still experiencing this issue, kindly update the Acrobat App to the latest version 25.10.51 via App Store and reboot the device once, and see if that works. 

If it still doesn't work, please share a video recording of the steps taken and the issue as it occurs, along with the sample PDF files, to get this issue isolated for the fix.
