Hi, I see a lot of people are having trouble with the mobile app on IOS , files being saved as a conflict file, I use the app daily for work to access paperwork & consistently edit docs on it. Please advise on the issue as it isn't getting any better, I have even tried renaming the files back to what they were & they just revert back

yeah this is extremely annoying. I'm working on one report now and have about 10 conflicts and I'm not done yet lol. Hoping this fix this issue soon.

I am having the same problem and it is VERY time consuming to go in and delete all the "conflict" files (multiple new conflict files are created with each edit I make as I go in and out of the document toggling between other apps pulled up to pull info). This started about 2 weeks ago. When will we have a fix?. It is doubling my work time.

I think the problem is:
The iOS version is not Acrobat, it's Adobe Reader with a few added tools that its not qualified to use. I've been trying to do Acrobat DC stuff with it and it is simply not up to the task.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Since we released a patch earlier related to the fix, we would be interested to understand the workflow you follow and a few more details:
1. The app version you use ( go to Profile-> About Acrobat);
2. The iOS version of your device;
3. A screen recording which shows the entire event, right from the moment you locate the file to open till the point a conflict file is created.
Look forward to hearing from you.
