How do I make Acrobat reconnect to adobe cloud? I am on an IPAD and can only open files on this device, new starred files are not showing up, and existing ones don't open. I have internet on the device, I can surf.

Hi Barrie,

Thanks for reaching out.

Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile allows you to access your files saved on Adobe Document Cloud storage. Since its a cloud storage, so you have to make sure that you have Signed In into the application using same email address which is registered for Adobe or for Adobe Document Cloud.

Once signed in, all of your work/files can be accessed through Mobile app, Document Cloud web and Acrobat/Reader DC desktop app(if using them too).

For detailed steps of how to access files through mobile app, please refer to this help article: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/openfiles.html#document-cloud

Note: you can only access Document Cloud files through Acrobat Reader mobile app, not the Creative Cloud file storage.

Thanks,

Akanchha
