Could you please share the Adobe ID in a private message that you are using to log in.

Note: Do not share your Adobe ID here on forums or any other social sites as it can be used by others.

To initiate the private message, hover your cursor over the profile name of the person to whom you need to send the message.

A small window will appear. Click on Message tab below to initiate message.

Also, please let us know what happens when you try to create a PDF.

Do you get any error message?
