Copy pdf

Is it possible in the iPad app to open a pdf and make a copy with a different name? I use a PDF template that only needs one field to be changed each time I update - I want to avoid entering the information in each feild for every report update.

Hi Davidc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

You may refer to this help document Adobe Reader Help for iOS: Copying, editing, deleting, and other file and folder actions to create a copy of the PDF in Adobe Acrobat reader mobile application.

Once you copy the PDF, then you can rename the PDF as required using the steps mentioned in the help link provided above.

Check if that works for you.

Hope that helps.

Let us know if you have any question.

Regards,

Meenakshi

I do not find any option to copy files - not in One Drive or Acrobat Reader when using iPad apps. There must be a way but I cannot find it. Seems like it should be pretty clearly available.

In Acrobat Reader look at the help.

Or use the FileApp of iOS.
