Crashes when opening pdf on samsung s22

Crashes when opening pdf on samsung s22. Whe i open pdf specifically guitar tabs it opens for a gew seconds and then closes itself unprompted

@MrCDir I would uninstall it on your device and download a new install for your phone. Make sure the software is truly Adobe and not a 'dupe' one!

HI i use the paid version i have tried uninstall/reinstall many times it still persists.

Please see attached video. The occurs when im playing guitar tabs from the website https://www.music-folk-play-hymns.com/guitar-tab-for-hymns.html#google_vignette 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information:

1. The Android version of your device; -One UI 8.0

2. The App version of Acrobat you are using (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat); - Version 25.10.1.41618

3. A screen recording of the event; - see attached

4. A sample file to test the issue in-house. - see website above thats where i get my guitar tabs. The issue does not occur with my samsung tablet though

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the details. 

Is this an issue with the PDFs, particularly from the website https://adobe.ly/493sCCP or with other PDFs as well? Please try with a different PDF file and check. 

Also, as mentioned, the issue is observed only at your Samsung S22 device and not on your Samsung tablet; it seems to be a device-specific issue. Please check for any pending/missing updates for the Samsung S22 OS and try updating it and see if that helps.
