J ai été debiter de le debut de la souscription de la periode d essai gratuit d une semaine. Donc j ai voulu resilier, l abonnement ne marche pas et j ai été quand même débiter.

Je bénéficie d'un essai de 7 jours suite à ma commande du 8 janvier 2025, numéro AE03470515675CFR.
Je souhaite résilier ma commande avant la fin de l'essai et je n'y arrive pas. Je reçois des codes de vérifications mais sans succès.

I have the same problem with a free trail that gives you the possibility to import signatures. Following the instructions I get stuck on manage your memberships
What do I need to do?
