Very dissatisfied,I got the 7days free trial but did not used itbecause it was not what I needed and I canceled the day before the deadline expired,they still charged me and what's worse I don't have the resource that they charged me for.

We do not manage transactions for mobile-related subscriptions. They are managed by the respective stores that your device uses.
I recommend going through the links for cancellation and any eligible refund.
