I'm getting the spinning blue circle for all my document cloud docs on Acrobat reader mobile. What can I do?

Hi,

 

Could you provide us with a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Is it showing the blue circle while trying to open a document?

2. Application version?

3. Sign out and sign in into the app and check if that helps.

4. Change your internet connection from mobile data to WiFi or vice versa.

Make sure that the app is up to date.
