I have a document in the Outbox that is trying to save to the Cloud, but won't. The notification is that Adobe Acrobat can't save the document because it's either been moved or deleted. It's been deleted. Yet, it's still trying to save it. And as a result, I can't seem to be able to save anything else to the Cloud. What's pending still appears to be waiting on this particular file. I lost some work in a particular pending document as a result.
How do I fix the situation or stop it?

Hi wendyw,
As per the issue description mentioned above, document in the outbox still trying to save on the cloud whereas it has already been deleted and as a result you are unable to save anything to the cloud, is that correct?
Could you share more info on the "outbox" you are referring to? Are you using acrobat reader app on your kindle device?
What is the dot version of acrobat and android version installed on the device? You may refer to the steps given in the following help document for the same: Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Troubleshooting FAQs
Also, try rebooting the device once if you haven't already and check if that helps.
Thanks,
Shivam

Hi Shivam,
Yes, that is indeed correct. The Adobe Acrobat app for Kindle's Outbox still shows that a document which I had deleted is trying to save. It was a document that was unable to save previously, so I deleted it, hoping it would fix the problem. But it didn't. Adobe Acrobat is still trying to save that document. As a result, I can't save anything I've opened on the Kindle to the Cloud, but I can save from my desktop to the Cloud.
Rebooting the Kindle is not helping-- it's still giving me the same message: that the file is not saving because it's been moved or deleted. Yet, the Outbox is telling me that it's trying to save the file, still.
The version of Adobe Acrobat I'm using on the Kindle is 15.3.1.
It's a Kindle Fire HD 8.
Thanks,
Wendy.

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for the info. Try signing out from the app, sign back in and check if this behavior still continues.
Also, try clearing recent file using clear recent option and check if that helps. Refer to the following help document for the same:
