Document won't load

document doesn't load; it initially said "saving into cloud" and then now it is blank when I open it. It was a document with fillable spaces but now I only see the fillable boxes and not the text?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat.

When you refer to saving the file on the Cloud, is it saving a copy or the original file? 

Certain forms require a copy of the original file to be saved, so the data you added can be saved.

Also, when you mention "saving into cloud," is it Acrobat Cloud Storage or any other cloud?

Please ensure you are on the latest version of Acrobat per your App Store for a better experience.
