I cant download none of my combined files at all in this is not good at all. How do one combine files to share, but can't do that and able to share files as links? Does that not sound like a scam?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you see any error message when trying to download the files? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error for better understanding.

Also, if the files are saved on the cloud storage, please log in to https://adobe.ly/3WHG7Sz and see if you are able to download the files from there.

If not, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. App version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. A screen recording of the entire event for better understanding.
