I cannot access Dropbox from my iPad seventh generation when using Acrobat reader for iPad
I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Are you getting any errors when accessing Dropbox from within the application? If yes, please share the below details:
1. The iOS version you are using.
2. The application version for Acrobat Reader Mobile is installed;
3. A screenshot or screen recording of the entire workflow so that we can investigate.
Please make sure you are not connected to any VPN that may block the access to dropbox.
