I subscribed to adobe through Google app and purchased the subscription and add one to edit documentsbut it does it in a way different font or it's just all over the place I just don't understand why it's so difficult I had thos before never were editing my documents ever so difficult please help

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Editing documents.
Assuming that your issue is with Acrobat Reader Mobile, would you mind sharing more information on the issue for better understanding and assistance:
1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using ( go to Profile-> About Acrobat);
2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;
3. A screen recording of what you see when trying to edit;
4. The sample file to test, over a private message (click on my profile name-> click the blue button saying "Send a Message" on the next page)
Also, are you trying to use a scanned document converted to a PDF? That could be a possible issue why you cannot edit the PDF.
