As I understand, you are referring that you are not able to open the attachments in Adobe Acrobat Reader application on your mobile.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to open the PDF attachments?

It generally gives you the options to open the PDF in the applications available on the device.

Try once to check application settings.

Check if there is any default application selected to open the PDF on your device.

Hi MeenakshiIt downloads into my files and when I try to open says "unable to find attachment to open this function".For some reason, though it is supposed to be a pdf file,q it does not go into adobe files.So maybe it is not an adobe problem afterall.Any suggestions.CheersBevynSent from Samsung tablet.

Sorry for the delay in response.

It seems that the file is not in PDF format. Please make sure that attachment you are referring to is PDF or another format file.

Try to download that attachment on your desktop. Check if you can open it.

Also, try to make the Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default application to open PDF on your mobile device. For that, go to phones Settings > Applications.
