Email not downloading to adobe

Hi Scottf,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are referring that PDF attachments are not opening in Adobe, please try once to download the attachment on your device.

Then go to download folder and open the PDF from there.

Also, make sure that the attachment is in PDF format not in another format. That can be one of the reasons you are not able to open the attachment in Adobe Acrobat Reader application on your mobile device.
