Envío de pdf por whatsapp

Últimamente cuando envío un documento en pdf desde Adobe el receptor no puede abrir el documento. ¿A qué se debe?

If we get this right, then you are sharing document over Whatsapp, and sending from Acrobat Reader mobile app. 

However, the end user is unable to open it. To understand better, please confirm the following details:

1-Is there any error message that end user receives?

2- Are they using Acrobat Reader mobile app to open the .pdf file at their end?

3- Are you able to open the same PDF at your end?
