I have an enterprise account for Adobe Pro DC (the whole Creative Cloud). Unfortunately, login is not possible on iOS devices. I get the error 400, but a login with the creative Cloud app works. After inquiring with my IT department, they tell me that our company does not use SSO and that the error must be with Adobe. Logging in on my Android device is also not possible - but here I only get the message "you do not have authorization". The desktop applications and the online account work without any problems.

Sorry for the delayed response, hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with signing in on the Acrobat Reader applicaiton on your phone.
Can you share a screenshot of the error you get when trying to sign in to the application and which account type you are selecting?
Also, please try installing any of the other applications through creative cloud or the creative cloud applicaiton in itself and check if oyu are able to sign in to it or not. If you are able to sign in to any of the other mobile applications from Adobe, then all the other applications [ including Acrobat Reader Mobile] will also recognize the same account and work as per this.
