I checked your email address registered here on the community and cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.
If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:
1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;
2. Restart the device;
3. Log in back to the device.

Obviously, the subscription won't be active because I didn't renew it. I couldn't use the paid version for the entire month I purchased.
I will not purchase any Adobe products again, and I will advise my close ones not to either. It took you 1 MONTH to respond!!! Terrible service!!!

We are still seeing the subscription active on your Samsung Portal.
Would you mind uninstalling the application and installing it directly from the Samsung Galaxy Store instead of the Google Play Store? This could be a reason as to why you are not able to use the premium features.
