1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. A sample file (both PDF and Word) where you experience the issue.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. 

Also, share the information as requested earlier for further investigation:
