The only way to open your documents is to know the password. We don't have the password, and there is no way for us to find it. If you didn't create the document, then ask the person who did create it to give you the password.

As @jane-e rightly mentioned, we do not have the password for the file saved in our database, and if lost, I suggest reaching out to the owner/creator of the file, so they can share the password or a fresh copy of the file without the password.
