Hi, I bought one of Adobe's plans with annually payment. I paid the amount first, but every month I receive a bill for extra charge through Adobe Inc. I don't know why. Please check my account.I am looking forward your response.

I suggest logging on to https://account.adobe.com/plans to check for your account's active plans.
If you find any plans you do not use, please go ahead with the cancellation to avoid further billing.
