Decidi desinstalar e voltar a instalar.

Hi @S. S,
I've captured the files usin my PrintScreen option in my pc.
I can shure yoiu that at the momment it was impossible work with Adobe. So I gave up after trying every possible and imaginary hypothesis.
After that I reset my pc to factory settings. I have re-subscribed to try Adobe for 7 days and there are times when it stops, gets to thinking and I am forced to close the work I am doing.
This situation is very harmful to me.
If you can help me I would be grateful for it.
scg.carvalho!

I can't send it because I cancelled the plan again. I was afraid that the same thing would happen again: it wouldn't work and I would have to pay for the plan.
You can actually help me in another way. Can you advise the best plan to work with PDF? It has to have OCR and all kinds of PDF editing. I just need Adobe for PDF, basically.

@scg.carvalho! Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
Have you checked the location of the file? The error looks like you cannot open the file from the stored location or the creator has restricted access to the file.
Can you try creating a PDF by going to File-> New-> create from blank and then save the file and check if it opens?
Look forward to hearing from you.
