I have some PDFs with attached files (other PDFs).
Accessing them on a Mac or Windows version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is possible.
On the iOS or iPadOS versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, it does not seem possible to access them at all. Using version 23.12.00.
Is it correct that these versions cannot access them at all?
Any help would be gratefully received.

Yes, this is correct.
Acrobat Mobile don't support attachments, you must use another PDF reader (as ezPDF Reader for Android, sorry I don't use iOS).

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
As mentioned, attachments in PDF files can be accessed using the Android version. On iOS, attachments (if created as a Portfolio, can be accessed).
I suggest adding the feedback to the wish list: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/ to ensure it reaches the dev team for review and future implementations.

Thank you for letting me know. One query about Portfolio:
1. I assume that it is necessary to use the full version of Acrobat to add the files;
2. will the files then be accessible with the iOS/iPadOS version of Adobe Acrobat Reader?

@Victor35309477jbjj To view Portfolio files, you do not require a subscription.
They work the same across paid and free users.
Yes, you can access those files with the iOS or iPadOS version of Acrobat Reader.
