I have an Acrobat Premium subscription . But suddenly since the last few hours files are not getting saved after editing. What is wrong?

Do you see any error messages when trying to save the changes? Are you editing a file saved on a cloud drive?

 

We would like to know a few more details:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;

3. A screen recording of your workflow for better understanding.
