Recently got a new phone, none of my Documents are on my new phone. IS this app able to synce across devices or Only Computer to device? Documents are on local storage but not in app.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with cloud syncing on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Generally, files sync automatically across devices if stored over cloud storage. If they are solely stored on local storage and not on the cloud, they would have to be manually uploaded to the cloud or shared with the device to show up across multiple devices.
