I am having trouble with my fillable PDF i can download it and look at it but adobe wont allow me to use it. Adobe is allowing me to use it on my phone but not on my iPad. Can someone help me with this?

I can only view it thats all. I had office suites for a year it was great and just stopped working tec support never answeres. I can open and edit on my android phone but i can only open on ipad even with the paid subscription that says that i am supposed to be able to use a fillable pdf
