Firma no se muestra sobre panel coloreado

App Android Adobe Acrobat Reader version 23.5.0.27746

Error de firma en formulario la misma no aparece en recuadro creado para agregar imagen icono que se usa para incluir la imagen de una firma manuscrita el recuadro tiene un fondo de color gris claro (no es un color predeterminado de paleta de colores). Si el color se cambia a un color predeterminado de la paleta de colores si aparece la imagen sobre el recuadro, antes no sucedia esto. Tampoco deja colocar imagen PNG fondo transparente (es una firma manuscrita) aparece la imagen en negro. Solicito correccion del error, cada vez limitan mas la aplicacion. Desde ya muchas gracias. Subo archivo que presenta el error.

Signature error in the form it does not appear in the box created to add an image icon that is used to include the image of a handwritten signature the box has a light gray background (it is not a default color of the color palette). If the color is changed to a default color from the color palette if the image appears over the box, this did not happen before. It also does not allow you to place a PNG image with a transparent background (it is a handwritten signature) and the image appears in black. I request correction of the error, each time they limit the application more. From already thank you very much. I upload file that shows the error.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

From the screenshot shared, it looked like an issue with the way the file was created.

When I tried checking the properties of the form, the image field was locked with the fill color selected as grey. I suggest using the desktop version of the application to change the color of the fill to no color; it should not appear greyed (screenshot attached)

Gracias por responder si el color gris dentro del cuadro fue colocado para que genere un contraste entre la firma y el fondo. Este problema solo sucede en la version mobile de acrobat, al tocar sobre el campo del formulario para agregar la imagen (Firma) este no se abre en versiones anteriores si abria y redirigia para seleccionar la imagen o icono que se colocaria en ese campo del formulario. por eso digo que le estan quitando funcionalidades a la version free de adobe acrobat reader Android.

Dentro de las opciones de Rellenar y Firmar (agregar imagen). cuando agrego una imagen png (fondo transparente) el sistema automatico que aplica a la imagen (creo que la hace blanco y negro) arruina la imagen y la deja toda negra y no hay forma de desactivar eso, se aplican procesos automaticos sin posibilidad de acetpacion o revocacion. El problema es la app de acrobat para android. En Escritorio funciona bien en otro programas para visualizar y editar pdf funciona bien en otras apps para android funciona bien

Hola @S. S  pudo usted leer mi respuesta anterior. Desearía que se pueda resolver lo que sucede con el campo de imagen en el formulario y no pensar en que Adobe es " dinero, dinero, dinero, dinero, dinero, aprende algo dinero (dinero=adobe). Muchas gracias.

When you add an image file as a signature, Acrobat Reader Mobile changes the contrast of the file to get more clarity of the signature. Thus, text is preferred to images when adding signatures. 

Also, I tried adding an image with a transparent background, and it worked fine for me.

Hola @S. S adjunto videos en donde se puede ver cual es el problema que hay con el campo del formulario indicado. Si usted realizo el mismo proceso desde la app Adobe Acrobat Reader para S.O Android, y le funciono indiqueme cuales son los pasos que debo realizar para que funcione correctamente. Aclaro esto solo sucede en la app Android en PC Escritorio funciona bien

Hi @Juan Carlos A. The form field where you are trying to add signature is currently not supported by Acrobat Android. Hence, added signatures are getting hidden behind the field. In order to fill the form, either you can add image signatures from Acrobat Desktop or can try adding signatures adjacent to this field from our app.
