Form prints without my filled fields

ARM under Android won't print the PDF form WITH my filled fields. Fortunately was able to use Epsom Smart Panel. (Form Support at Gov was useless. Fill it in with a pen)

Additionally, could you provide more details on when you first noticed this issue? Has this been a recent occurrence, or have you experienced it in the past as well?

Please also share the following details to help us further investigate:

  • The version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are currently using. You can check this by tapping on the profile icon in the app and selecting "About Adobe Acrobat."
  • The operating system (OS) version of your device.

If there are any pending updates, please check the Google Play Store or Samsung Store and update the app to the latest version. After updating, try restarting your device and see if the issue persists.

Should the problem continue after trying the steps above, it would be helpful if you could provide a short video recording showing the steps you take and how the issue occurs. This will assist us in gaining more clarity and conducting a deeper investigation.
